If for some reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased from us we offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Please ensure goods are returned back to us with a covering letter and we will refund in the same way that the order was paid for.

In the case of personalised garments we will replace faulty goods or if the wrong size has been received, we will again replace once the item has been returned back to us. In this case any standard postage costs for returning the item will be re-imbursed.

Any faults or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of goods arriving so that we are able to pursue any claim for damages and before we can replace the item/s.

DVDs, once the seal is broken, are not subject for returns.

We reserve the right to alter specifications or prices at any time.
