We are a UK based supplier giving our best to our customers whenever we can. We sell our own popular brand of equipment TAISHO™ as well as other top makes. Price is a major factor obviously and we find that our prices are unrivalled anywhere in the UK.

Lauren Frearson 4th Dan Shotokan Karate and joint manager. Involved in karate for over 20 years.
Lauren is one of the most senior ranked karate women in England and is a karate and personal safety instructor. Her three children also hold the ranks of black belt and in turn they hold various national awards.
She also held the title of Leicester's Sportswoman of the year in 1995.
Both Dave and Lauren are still devoted to the way of karate-do.
Why the Internet?
Martial Arts shops are not in great abundance! We were the first UK website selling martial arts equipment online! Now it seems everyone has a website selling something! We are always trying to provide easy ways for customers to get the equipment or uniforms they need.
How long have you been trading?
We have been involved with the sales of Martial Arts suits and equipment since 1988, we have had an online presence since January 1994!

We have this year set up a new logo for our TAISHO™ brand:
We have also set up a new embroidery and print service for T-Shirts, uniforms, polo shirts, sweat shirts etc that will go live on our site very soon.
We also have ITF Taekwondo suits at half the price of any other supplier you can name!

Dave Wilkins 6th Dan Shotokan Karate and joint manager. Involved in karate for over 28 years.
Still in active training he is currently running the successful Kazoku Kai Senior England Karate team. Dave has won the European National Team championships (1993) and holder of many national titles in kata and kumite events.
Dave has karate clubs in England, Tenerife, Germany, Canada and the Falkland Islands.
