Terms and Conditions

These terms supersede any previous terms and conditions and are not negotiable.

If you are sending goods back to us for a refund we  we will refund only the cost of the goods minus postage fees incurred by us in sending the product to you.

If we have to collect goods then we will charge for this service.

We charge £20.00 for any un-cleared cheques for any reason e.g. returned by bank or re-presented.

Ownership of goods passed to purchaser when payment received in full.

We reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products - we will always try to advise customers of any changes prior to dispatch. If not satisfied we will accept the goods back.

Refusal of goods at time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by customer - to include sending back to source.

We will allow seven days after receipt of goods for return if you are not satisfied with them. Sorry DVDs and books will not be accepted back if the seal is broken.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

We now no longer offer a monthly account. All goods must now be paid on ordering. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, cheques, money orders and bank transfers.
