This film features Every Shotokan Karate Kata including the lesser practised Ten No Kata, Taikyoko Nidan and Sandan as appears in Gichin Funakoshi’s book “Karate Do Nyumon” and Shotokan’s Sanchin Kata and Heian Oyo taught by Master Taiji Kase (1929 – 2004). Also included are the three Naihanchi kata taught by Steve Cattle 6th Dan (1947 – 1995). Running time 110 minutes.
