Royal Mail Delays
We are dispatching orders quickly and are right on top of our order processing. However, there are delays with our smaller orders sent with the Royal Mail. A number of factors including high volumes of mail, staff shortages which is probably down to covid etc and now there are delays in the North of England and Scotland with poor weather conditions.
However, our courier service with Parcelforce remains unaffected and 48 and 24hr services are so far working well.
If your order is not so urgent then the Royal Mail orders will get to you but maybe not as quick as expected...
